Through Business Process Management concepts, organizations are trying to improve their performance, in terms of cost, profit, and efficiency. For this, business processes are captured, analyzed, and re-engineered. Hence, Business Process Management has become a cornerstone of corporate strategy.
However, the basic concepts of business process modeling have their roots in standard flowcharting semantics and notations. With these, today’s complex business processes cannot be captured and managed. Hence, to transfer the essential knowledge on this, we, at Skillcubator, have created this course – Business Process Management.
At Skillcubator, we have designed this course for any IT/Non-IT professional involved in business process improvement/business process re-engineering projects.
