Come and join CBAP® bootcamp, offered by Skillcubator Training Institute. Our CBAP® bootcamp is aligned with IIBA®’s latest version of BABOK i.e. BABOK 3.0. Additionally, our training goes beyond BABOK 3.0 and explains each and every concept with real-world examples and blends BABOK’s theoretical concepts with real-world examples and case studies. This course will be taught by a CBAP® certified instructor with 22 plus years of business analysis work experience.
There is no doubt that CBAP® is a gold-standard certification in the field of Business Analysis and having this certification on your resume brings you into an elite club of business analysts. Earning CBAP® can have a positive impact on a professional’s overall job prospects, financial remuneration, and career growth. Earning CBAP® has the following benefits:
The CBAP® certification is globally recognized and endorsed by the leading authority in the field of business analysis: the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®). So, you know that it meets the highest standards in the industry.
Adding the certification to your profile demonstrates that you follow industry best practices and standards. It lends you instant credibility among employers, colleagues, and stakeholders, validating your expertise and making you a trustworthy contributor to any project.
It’s more than just a professional certification, though. The CBAP® designation reflects years of hard-won experience, hard work that went into preparing for the CBAP® exam and the wealth of business analysis knowledge that would make a positive impact within an organization.
Certified professionals often command higher salaries than their non-certified counterparts, and the profession’s leaders are no exception. The CBAP® designation demonstrates a high level of proficiency in business analysis and a commitment to professional development. As a result, organizations are more likely to offer competitive compensation packages to those who have it.
According to Fortune Recommends, “Experts say that earning relevant certifications can boost your salary by as much as 20%.” Our own Global Research finds that “business analysis professionals who hold a CBAP® earn 25% more than non-certified professionals,” or a salary of $92,930 on average. Also, Business Analysis is one of the fastest-growing careers worldwide and as per the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, CBAP® certified professionals have an all-time high growth rate of 24% in comparison to the 5% average growth rate of any profession.
Clearing CBAP® exam is not easy and not meant for everyone and anyone. So, if you have CBAP® certification you are in an elite club and hence will be way above other working professionals. This also means that you will face less competition from your peers, looking for similar jobs. Moreover, many companies have made it a mandatory requirement to select only CBAP® certification holders. Isn’t that a great news?
The CBAP® certification is your pathway to wide range of career opportunities that you won’t otherwise have access to. First, having CBAP® certification means you will always be in radar of hiring managers, recruiters, and human resource personnel, whenever a suitable position opens up. Second, CBAP® certification holders don’t need to be pre-screened since the certification says it all. CBAP® certification holders always have a high chance of getting shortlisted and interview calls. Third, in today’s competitive environment, many organizations have made CBAP® compulsory for senior business analyst roles. According to research by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, professionals with a certification or license faced significantly lower unemployment rates than those without either in 2023 (1.8% vs. 4.2%).
Once you earn CBAP® certification, people trust your skills, expertise, and knowledge. This also carves a path to become a guide, coach, and mentor to other fellow team members, looking for guidance, tips and ways to improve their work. It’s always enriching to give back to the community and make a positive impact in your profession.
CBAP® certification holders must engage in continuous learning in order to earn CDUs (Continuous Development Units), which are required to maintain CBAP® certification. Every 3 year, one must renew CBAP® certification by learning new tools and techniques and hence creates a platform to gain more knowledge and grow to the next level
Skillcubator is synonymous with building new skills, knowledge, and expertise. We have created CBAP® bootcamp with a two-fold objective. First, teach business analysis concepts and theory as mentioned in IIBA®’s BABOK 3.0 and Second, how to apply those concepts in real-world scenarios, which is rare to find in any CBAP® bootcamps.
