Any aspect of analysis starts from understanding the business domain and the underlying business processes. In today’s dynamic environment, corporations are constantly trying to improve their performance, in terms of cost, profit and efficiency, by organizational restructuring, business process re-engineering, automating part or an entire process etc. Organizations cannot achieve their goal unless their end-to-end business processes are well understood, documented, analyzed and re-engineered.
Business process modeling is the right tool for such projects. While the basic concepts of business process modeling have its root in standard flowcharting semantics and notations, it is not enough to capture and manage today’s complex business processes. Hence, we have created a course exactly for that niche group of professionals, who are looking to improve their business process modeling prowess and successfully deliver value to their customers.
This course has been designed for any IT/Non-IT professional who is involved with business process improvement projects, business analysis, requirements management and process automation projects. Key roles that would benefit from this course are business architect, business analyst, requirements engineer, business process owners, product analyst, product manager, systems analyst and project analyst. This course starts from the basic level to most advanced concepts of business process modeling.
